Your Goals Achieved Faster

Usually, when people start practicing meditation, they listen to guided meditations that help them to relax or fall into trance.

​

Relaxing or being in a trance state is not the same as meditating. Meditation can significantly improve physical and mental health and there are countless scientific studies proving that. Learning how to meditate correctly can change the trajectory of a person's life.

​

Most guided meditations or even teachers in group classes don't explain how to meditate or what is meditation.

​

Moreover, many teachers specialise in one or a few lineages, traditions or techniques and apply them to everyone in a group.

Therefore, the results can be very limiting in such set up and it's hard to advance if a practitioner doesn't 'click' with the technique.

I help my clients to find the most suitable technique, style or tradition of meditation that will fit their unique life's situation and will bring desired results much faster with less frustration and procrastination along the way.

Learning to meditate can be very frustrating and many people give up thinking it's a waste of time or that they are not fit to meditate.

There are many ways to overcome your struggles during your practice. I provide support to every client so they can overcome their particular hindrances during a meditation practice.

I provide personal support, attention and hold space for you to explore. During our private sessions mindful, conscious conversations, coaching and mentoring will be part of the class so you get the most of our time together.

About Viktorija

Hi and welcome! I’m Viktorija, a dedicated meditation teacher and voice artist with over 12 years of experience in yoga and meditation, and I’ve had the privilege of calling Bali home for 6 years (2019 - 2024).

 

In Bali I have guided spiritual women's circles and group sessions, which naturally evolved into personalised 1:1 meditation sessions tailored to individual needs. As a certified trauma-informed meditation teacher (Certified by Samyama Meditation Center in Bali) my training encompassed all major religions and a number contemplative traditions, enabling me to offer a diverse range of techniques from many perspectives. I also have professional training in yoga teaching.

 

Some examples of meditation techniques I teach are mindfulness practices rooted in Buddhism, self-enquiry meditation from Ramana Maharshi, spiritual heart meditation, active meditation practices like mandala, yantra drawing, mantras amongst many others. I guide my students through a rich tapestry of experiences to help them build their own unique meditation practice that suits their individual needs and 

circumstances.

 

My personal meditation journey has led me to profound realisations, including glimpses of ego death (that lasted for months), allowing me to transcend my own limited mind and face my shadows. I have witnessed profound mental healing and improvement from meditation, therefore it is my life's passion to share it's benefits and help people to learn more about it.

In addition to my meditation practice, I have studied western esoteric spiritual traditions and systems for over a decade and I have extensive knowledge of Western Tarot System and symbolism that presents universal archetypes found in all cultures and global religions.

 

Living in a Hindu society for over 6 years has greatly influenced my perspective on spirituality, alternative lifestyle and wellbeing.  This unique experience and privilege has enabled me to bridge eastern and western philosophical and spiritual ideas into my teachings and share them with my students and workshop participants.

 

I draw upon my diverse life experiences and global travels to create a unique and transformative journey for my students. Together, we can explore the depths of mindfulness and self-discovery, guiding you towards a more profound sense of peace, connection, spirituality and healing.

I am available for group workshops and public speaking on request and I have a library of recorded guided meditations that you can access for free on youtube and other channels that will published soon.
